Lots of people who are sports fans have the idea that one day they would like to start a bar where they could hang out with friends, watch sports and make some money. It seems like the perfect dream and lifetstyle business and a lot of people have bought into the idea. But are sports bars on the way out? Not at all. While people are spending less on tickets and team merchandise they haven’t given up on wanting to watch and support their teams.
One of the best ways to do this is to head to the local sports bar and watch on the big screen TVs while enjoying some food and drinks. Although some sports bars have suffered and even gone out of business it is because of poor planning and not a decline in the market. In todays environment you want to be smaller and leaner but you can still do very well opening a sports bar if you want one.
